TERMS & CONDITIONS

The promotion is open to purchases of eligible BI (Boehringer Ingelheim) products made through VetSupply during the promotional period.
To be eligible for entry, qualifying purchases must be made on or before 31 October 2026.
Entries are awarded based on the qualifying purchase made during the promotional period:
> Buy 1 × 3-Pack = 1 entry. > Buy 1 × 6-Pack = 2 entries. > Buy 2 × 6-Packs = 5 entries. > Buy 1 × 12-Packs = 5 entries.
To receive the corresponding number of entries, each qualifying purchase must meet the applicable product and pack-size requirements.
There are 5 × $500 VetSupply vouchers to be awarded as prizes in the October promotion with the total prize pool of $2,500 AUD.
Each prize consists of one VetSupply voucher worth $500 AUD.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
Winners will be contacted by VetSupply after the promotional period ends using the contact details associated with their qualifying purchase.
The $500 voucher can be used to purchase any products available on the VetSupply website or app.
The $500 voucher is redeemable only through the registered VetSupply account to which it is awarded. It is non-transferable and cannot be split, shared, or redeemed across multiple accounts.
The redemption of a voucher is subject to applicable voucher terms and any exclusions that may apply at the time of redemption.
The voucher is valued at $500 AUD and will be awarded to the winner's registered VetSupply account. This voucher value is not redeemable for cash or transferable for cash value.
The voucher can be used across multiple purchases at VetSupply until the full $500 voucher value has been used.
Any unused balance remaining on the total voucher value shall remain available for subsequent purchases during the voucher validity period, subject to the applicable voucher terms.
The voucher expires 6 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for cash equivalent.
We at VetSupply reserve the right to verify entries and exclude any entry that does not meet the promotional requirements, or is determined to be invalid.
VetSupply reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or otherwise modify the promotion where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable laws and regulations.
