Neovet for Cats and Kittens is a topical multi-parasite protection for fleas, worms, and heartworm, and ear mites. It eliminates fleas, and flea larvae and reduces the incidence of flea allergy dermatitis. This monthly spot-on formula also treats and controls heartworm, roundworms, hookworms and lungworms, and ear mites. Specially formulated with the powerful ingredients imidacloprid plus moxidectin, this potent formula kills fleas and mites on contact (parasites don’t have to bite) and protects against immature, adult and larval stages of intestinal worms. It is an affordable, veterinary-grade treatment that is completely safe and effective for use in cats and kittens from 9 weeks of age.
How does it work?
Neovet is a topical spot-on flea, heartworm, and worm treatment that contains Imidacloprid and Moxidectin as active ingredients. It is an antiparasitic agent used topically to treat parasites in dogs and cats. When used in cats and kittens, it disrupts the central nervous system activity of invertebrates causing paralysis and death of the parasite. It collects in the oils of the skin and hair follicles and then is released over time. It kills fleas and mites on contact and treats and controls intestinal parasites such as roundworms, hookworms and lungworms, including heartworm.
Remove the tube from the blister pack
Hold the tube upright, peel the ring lock off, then twist off the cap
Make your animal stand still and part the hair until the skin is visible
Place the tip of the tube and squeeze the tube firmly to apply the solution
Repeat the treatment monthly as required

Drontal Allwormer For Cats
Drontal for cats is a broad spectrum Allwormer tablet for killing and controlling intestinal worms in cats. The tablet used as a single treatment treats tapeworm, hookworm and roundworm infections in kittens and cats. Used every 3 months, Drontal not only protects your cat from worms, it also helps protect the whole family from the harmful effects of contracting worms from your cat. Gentle and effective, Drontal is safe to use in kittens from 6 weeks of age and during pregnancy and lactation.
Working method
Drontal tablets consist of praziquantel, febantel and pyrantel embonate as the active ingredients. All of them have anthelmintic properties that kill different intestinal parasites. Praziquantel disintegrates the worm by damaging its skin internally. Pyrantel pamoate causes paralysis to the worm. This forces the worm to lose grip on the intestinal walls of the cat.
The worms are removed naturally from the pet’s system as the worms are disintegrated and detached from the treated cat’s intestinal walls. Safe for cats, Drontal can be combined with flea, tick and heartworm control products.
Drontal tablets are available in two packs – Drontal for cats upto 4 kg and Drontal for large cats above 4 kg. Weigh your pet and choose the relevant pack. Check dosage table for details.
Administer the tablet directly in the mouth. If the pet does not take tablet directly, then break it into pieces and mix with her food.

Do not administer to pets allergic to any of the ingredients of Drontal for cats.
Side effects are rare but may occur to hypersensitive pets. Vomiting, diarrhea, appetite loss, excessive salivation are some of the common adverse effects. Consult a vet if any of these symptoms are observed.
Do not club it with any other deworming treatment. Ask a vet before doing so.
