The Covid-19 outbreak is a concern to all and the team is taking all necessary precautions to minimise the spread and simultaneously ensure that customer's needs are met. At this time we are experiencing an increased demand and are advising customers to expect some delays. We are taking additional measures to ensure stock availability and are working closely with our shipping partners to ensure that these delays are minimised. We are also providing zero contact delivery to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and drivers.

Our customer service teams remain fully functional and will be available as usual on phone and email from 9AM - 7PM AEST, Monday - Friday. However, please be aware that we are experiencing high volumes of calls and emails and so you may experience some delays. We would request you to limit your contact to essential matters at this time.

The health, safety, and well-being of both our customers and their pets as well as our staff is our highest priority.

Wishing you and your pets good health. Stay Safe!

With the massive demand and workforce capacity constraints, Australia Post has foreseen an additional 3-day delay for deliveries in Victoria.

This means any lodgements made in other States destined for Victoria may be held in those States for up to 3 business days to allow Victoria to work through the present demand.

For more information please contact our customer service team on 1300-838-787 or email us at

Australia Post is taking action to help protect the health and safety of our staff and customers in relation to the spread of Coronavirus COVID19.

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading Coronavirus, all parcels - be it at a Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer's name and sign on their behalf.

The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

Australia Post is committed to continuing delivery throughout our network and as any disruptions resulting from Coronavirus occur, we will keep customers updated.
