Standard shipping charges based on the product weight and shipping location shall be applicable to these products.

Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Drontal Worming Suspension for Puppies
Drontal Worming Suspension is a simple and effective liquid solution designed for puppies, suitable from as early as two weeks of age. This fast and effective treatment contains febantel and pyrantel embonate to target roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. It’s easy to administer and can be combined with tick and flea products for wider parasite coverage, although it does not control tapeworms or heartworms.
Drontal All-Wormer Tablets/Chews
Drontal All-Wormer Tablets and Chews offer a reliable defence against roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and tapeworms as well as the controlling the shedding of Giardia spp. cysts. With febantel, praziquantel, and pyrantel embonate, this treatment provides fast and effective worm control. The chews are a tasty option for easy administration, and both the tablets and chews are safe to use during pregnancy and lactation, making them an excellent choice for worm control.
How does Drontal Wormers work?
Drontal Worming Suspension for Puppies
Drontal Worming Suspension for Puppies is effective against common intestinal worms, including roundworms, hookworms and whipworms. The active ingredients, febantel and pyrantel embonate, act through complementary mechanisms to target susceptible parasites. Febantel interferes with parasite function, while pyrantel embonate acts against susceptible worms to aid their elimination from the intestinal tract.
Drontal All-Wormer Tablets/Chews
Drontal All-Wormer Tablets and Chews contain three active ingredients: febantel, praziquantel, and pyrantel embonate. Febantel acts against whipworms. Praziquantel targets tapeworms, while pyrantel embonate is effective against susceptible roundworms and hookworms. This combination of active ingredients helps eliminate intestinal worms and provides comprehensive worm control.
- Weigh your dog before treatment.
- Give Drontal in a single dose.
- Treatment with Drontal does not require fasting.
Drontal Worming Suspension for Puppies:
- Shake well before use.
- Administer 1mL per kilogram of body weight.
- Begin treatment at two weeks of age and repeat every two weeks until 12 weeks old.
- After 12 weeks, treat monthly until six months of age.
- Administer directly into the puppy's mouth using the enclosed dosing syringe.
- Do not administer to puppies under two weeks of age.
Drontal All-wormer Tablets for Dogs:
- Use Drontal tablets for Small Dogs and Puppies in dogs weighing 500 g and 9 kg. One tablet treats 3 kg.
- Treat puppies from 2 weeks of age and then at 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks of age. Then at 4, 5 and 6 months of age.
- Treat adult dogs (over 6 months of age) every 3 months.
- For hydatid tapeworms, treat every 6 weeks.
- For whipworms, retreat every 6-8 weeks.
- For pregnant and lactating dogs, treat at mating, then 10 days before whelping and at 2 and 4 weeks after whelping. Then continue treatment every 3 months. Do not use during the first and third parts of pregnancy.
