Shipping Fee
A few products under the categories including 'Accessories', 'Coats & Clothing' and 'Bed' are shipped separately by our shipping partners.
Standard shipping charges based on the product weight and shipping location shall be applicable to these products.

Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.
Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancelling an Order
Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Austrazole Topical Fungicide for Dogs and Horses
Austrazole Topical Fungicide for Dogs and Horses is a broad-spectrum antifungal treatment. It is indicated for the control of ringworm (caused by Microsporum spp. and Trichophyton spp.) and other forms of dermatomycosis. This antifungal treatment for pets is recommended for treating Malassezia, a common yeast found on dogs. It is also effective against Aspergillus spp., Penicillium spp., Candida spp., as well as a range of Gram-positive bacteria.
Austrazole fungicide spot-on contains a synthetic broad-spectrum antimycotic that is effective against common dermatophytes, fungi and yeasts. This leave-on emulsion (apply and let dry) exposes dermatophytes to the treatment for longer periods than shampoos, leading to a quicker resolution of infection. The formula prevents the spread of infection to other animals. This topical antifungal treatment for animal skin infections can be used to treat bedding, collars and other items contaminated by the fungal spores.
- Mix the solution with lukewarm tap water at a ratio of 50:1 (20mL per 1L of water).
- Dilute one part of Austrazole in 50 parts of lukewarm water (to 20mL of Austrazole, add lukewarm water and make up to 1 litre).
- Make up the quantity needed immediately and discard any unused diluted wash.
- Remove crusts from skin and hair using a hard brush soaked in the diluted Austrazole topical fungicide.
- Spray or wash the animal completely at the first treatment.
- Application methods: sponge, cloth, pump-action spray bottle, foot bath for interdigital paw infections.
- Leave the solution to dry on the skin.
Dogs
- Wash using the diluted solution at 3 to 4 day intervals. Ensure the skin is completely wet with the emulsion.
- When applying Austrazole topical, brush the hair in the opposite direction to hair growth.
- Long-haired dogs should be clipped.
- New hair growth may be discoloured temporarily.
- Wash or spray all equipment, such as brushes, baskets, blankets or collars, that may have been used.
Horses
- The skin lesions/infected area and surrounding area should be washed using Austrazole 4 times, at 3- to 4-day intervals.
- To help prevent re-infection and contamination by ringworm spores, wash or spray all stable equipment with the diluted emulsion.
Specific Treatment Regimen
- Treat twice weekly for two weeks (4 treatments).
- First treatment: Wash the animal completely with the emulsion. Brush hair to ensure skin and hair are completely soaked with Austrazole.
- Second treatment: Apply emulsion to ringworm lesions.
- Third treatment: Apply emulsion to ringworm lesions.
- Fourth treatment: Wash the animal completely with the emulsion. Brush hair to ensure skin and hair are completely soaked with Austrazole.

- Meat Withholding Period (Horses): Do not use for less than 28 days before slaughter for human consumption.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
- When preparing the spray or wash, wear a face shield or goggles.
- Wash hands after use. Wash face shield or goggles after each day's use.
- In case of poisoning, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre.
- Dispose of empty container by wrapping with paper and putting in the garbage.
- Store below 30°C (room temperature). Protect from light.
