Goods Returned to Sender

In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.

We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:

The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Tu Meke Friend’s Milk Replacer Powder is a pure, delicious and premium quality nutritional supplement specifically designed for puppies to offer the required boost and vitality. Made with 100% whole fresh milk, it is a perfect milk replacement formula when the mother does not produce enough milk or as the sole feed with orphaned puppies. It is rich in probiotics and Omega-3 DHA that promotes a healthy gut, supports joint and brain health and improves skin and coat quality. Additionally, it contains taurine which helps enhance eye health and maintains a healthy heart.

Tu Meke’s Kitten Milk Replacer Powder is sourced from organic certified ingredients and is available in single sachets, facilitating easy usage. It is also lactose free and can be safely given to puppies right from birth.

Weigh puppies at 3-day intervals to ensure adequate growth and adjust feeding amount as per the requirement.
Add the contents of 1 sachet of the powder per 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of clean warm water and shake or stir gently.
Refrigerate the reconstituted formula for up to 24 hours.
Warm reconstituted formula to body temperature (do not use microwave) and shake or stir gently.
Feed 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of liquid formula per 4 ounces (115 g) of body weight daily.
Divide the daily amount into 3 to 4 feedings and feed every 3 to 4 hours.
Actual intakes of milk may vary depending on individual puppy needs, level of activity and breed.
After approximately 5 weeks the puppy will increasingly eat more solid food and you can gradually decrease the amount of puppy milk formula.
Consult the veterinarian if puppy is still not thriving.
