Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Drontal Allwormer for Cats
Drontal Wormer for Cats is a broad-spectrum allwormer treatment for formulated to kill and control intestinal worms in cats. The tablet treats tapeworm, hookworm and roundworm infections in kittens and cats. Used every 3 months, Drontal not only protects your cat from worms, but it also helps protect the whole family from the harmful effects of contracting worms from your cat. The smooth, round, and easy-to-swallow tablets ensure convenient and stress-free administration. Gentle and effective, Drontal is safe to use in kittens from 6 weeks of age and during pregnancy and lactation.
How does it work?
Drontal Allwormer for Cats consists of praziquantel and pyrantel embonate as the active ingredients. These ingredients have anthelmintic properties that kill different intestinal worms in cats. Praziquantel disintegrates the worm by damaging its skin internally. Pyrantel causes paralysis to the worm. This forces the worm to lose grip on the intestinal walls of the cat.
The worms are removed naturally from the pet’s system as the worms are disintegrated and detached from the treated cat’s intestinal walls. Safe for cats, Drontal can be combined with flea, tick and heartworm control products.
- Drontal tablets are available in two packs – Drontal for cats up to 4 kg and Drontal for large cats above 4 kg.
- Dose your cat with DrontalAllwormerfor Cats every three months, or at the beginning of every season to help control Roundworms, Hookworms, and Tapeworms.
- Treat with Drontalevery 6 weeks in Hydatid tapeworm infested locations. If whipworm is a problem, retreat every 6-8 weeks.
- For kittens, treat at 6, 8, and 12 weeks of age.
- Weigh your pet and choose the relevant pack. Check the dosage table for details.
- Administer the tablet directly in the mouth.
- If the pet does not take the tablet directly, then break it into pieces and mix it with her food.
- If worm problems persist, consult a veterinarian.
- To prevent worm infections, treat your cat regularly, reduce environmental contamination by disposing of droppings daily, and remove fleas, the intermediate hosts of tapeworms.

- Side effects are rare but may occur to hypersensitive pets. Vomiting, diarrhea, appetite loss, excessive salivation are some of the common adverse effects. Consult a vet if any of these symptoms are observed.
- Do not club it with any other deworming treatment. Ask a vet before doing so.
- Follow label instructions for expiry, administration and other details.
- Consult a vet before treating convalescing, pregnant and lactating pets.
- Wash hands after administering the tablet.
- Human ingestion may prove toxic. Contact the nearest poison control center if such case arises.
Contraindications
- Do not give Drontal tablets to kittens younger than one month old and weigh less than 1.5 lbs.
