Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Milbemax Tasty Chews for dogs is a broad-spectrum worm treatment for puppies and adult dogs. It is indicated for the treatment and control of common species of intestinal worms, including roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), whipworms (Trichuris vulpis), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense), and tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Echinococcus granulosus). Monthly administration of this dog worming treatment also helps prevent heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis. When used as recommended, it is suitable for dogs from 2 weeks of age and 1 kg body weight, including pregnant and nursing dogs.
How does it work?
Milbemax Worming Chews for dogs contain two active ingredients: Milbemycin oxime and praziquantel. Milbemycin oxime works by disrupting the nervous system of roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and heartworm larvae. Praziquantel, on the other hand, causes muscle contraction and disintegration in tapeworms.
- The minimum recommended dose for dogs is 0.5 mg milbemycin oxime and 5 mg praziquantel per kg body weight.
- Administer the recommended dosage of Milbemax Tasty Chews to your dog by mouth, just before or after food.
- Young puppies may gain sufficient weight during the course of the treatment to require an increased dose of Milbemax Tasty Chews. Check your puppy’s weight regularly and follow the dosage directions accordingly.
For control of gastrointestinal worms:
- Adult dogs: Treat every 3 months.
- Puppies over 2 weeks old: Treat at 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks of age, and every 3 months thereafter.
- Pregnant dogs: Treat at mating, before whelping, and every 3 months thereafter.
- Nursing dogs: Treat nursing dogs when puppies are 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks of age, and every 3 months thereafter.
For heartworm prevention:
- Consult a veterinarian before use. Before you use Milbemax Chews for dogs, your veterinarian should confirm that your dog does not have adult heartworms by a simple test.
- Administer every month, preferably on the same date each month.
- If replacing daily dosing heartworm tablets containing DEC (Diethylcarbazine citrate), the first dose of Milbemax Tasty Chews must be given within 30 days of the change-over.

Caution

Contraindications
- It is not recommended to use Milbemax Tasty Chews in dogs suffering from heartworm microfilaraemia.
