Goods Returned to Sender

In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.

We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:

The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Popantel Allwormer Tablets for Dogs

Popantel for Dogs are broad-spectrum anthelmintic tablets for the treatment and control of intestinal worms in dogs. It kills and controls hookworms, roundworms, whipworms and tapeworms, including Hydatid tapeworms. Highly effective in treating various intestinal worms in canines, Popantel further prevents worm re-infestations in dogs. The small size of the tablets makes it easier for dogs to swallow. Regular deworming with Popantel treats and prevents worm infections in all breeds of dogs. It is safe for deworming puppies, pregnant and lactating dogs, as well as adult dogs.

How does it work?

Popantel Allwormer Tablets is a popular deworming treatment developed with three active ingredients: praziquantel, oxantel and pyrantel embonate. All these active ingredients work together to treat various gastrointestinal worms in dogs. The active components of Popantel paralyse the nervous system of parasites and remove them from the dog's body naturally.

Weigh your dog before starting treatment.
According to the body weight of your dog, treat him/her with the appropriate number of tablet or combination of tablets.
Popantel is given orally in a single dose.
Place Popantel directly into the mouth or crush it and mix it with dog food.
Ensure your pet completes the whole meal for proper dosage.

Dosage guide:

Administer 1 tablet/10 kg bodyweight. Dosage should be rounded to the nearest ¼ tablet.
Roundworms and hookworms: Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age and then every 3 months.
Whipworms: Treat every 6 to 8 weeks after 3 months of age.
Pregnant and lactating bitches: Treat at mating, before whelping and then every 3 months.
Hydatid tapeworms: Dogs in hydatid areas should be treated every 6 weeks. Dogs should not be fed offal from any species.
Other tapeworms: Treat every 3 months and treat your dog regularly to control fleas.
