Goods Returned to Sender

In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.

We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:

The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Simple Solution Extreme Carpet Shampoo features a professional strength formula that helps wipe out pet mess-related stains from carpets. It also comes with patented odour-neutralising technology that helps destroy odour. It leaves behind a non-sticky residue for carpets to stay cleaner for longer. The solution comes in the form of a concentrated formula that makes 6.5 gallons of shampoo. It works well on carpets, rugs, drapes and upholstery. The shampoo can be used in all cleaning machines owing to the low-foaming formula.

Prior to use, shake well and test on an inconspicuous area and let dry to test for colour change.
Vacuum the surface to remove loose soil and lint.
Add the product to the machine as recommended by the manufacturer.
For extraction units that require pre-mixing, combine 5 fl. oz. of product per gallon of warm water.
Make slow forward and back passes on the carpet.
Repeat and then move to the next section.
The patented formula will neutralize odours while the pro-strength cleansers power out stains.
To speed up drying and improve the general appearance of the carpet, brush the pile in one direction while the carpet is still damp.

Spot Cleaning

Mix 5 fl. oz. of product per gallon of warm water.
Scrub the surface with a cleaning brush, using a circular motion.
Remove excess solution and soil residue with a clean, dry cloth.

Contains Glycol Ether EB. Avoid breathing vapours or spray mist.
Use only in a well-ventilated area.
If inhaled, move to fresh air.
In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical help.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Drink several glasses of water and get medical attention.
In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. See a physician if irritation persists.
Keep away from children, pets and uninformed people.
