Shipping Fee
A few products under the categories including 'Accessories', 'Coats & Clothing' and 'Bed' are shipped separately by our shipping partners.
Standard shipping charges based on the product weight and shipping location shall be applicable to these products.

Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.
Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancelling an Order
Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Vetafarm Neocare Advanced Hand-Rearing Formula
Vetafarm Neocare is an advanced hand-rearing formula developed by avian veterinarians to provide optimal nutrition for baby birds during their early growth and development stages. Formulated with all essential vitamins, minerals, calcium, and amino acids, this formula supports healthy growth, strong bones, proper organ function, and strong feather development.
This hand-rearing bird formula also contains probiotics to support healthy gut flora and pre-digestives to enhance digestive efficiency, helping birds absorb nutrients more effectively. Neocare is produced using an extrusion cooking process, which improves digestibility while ensuring product safety.
Feeding Preparation:
- Always mix Neocare fresh before each feed.
- Do not re-use or refrigerate pre-mixed formula.
- Never heat formula in a microwave, as it may create hot spots and cause crop burns.
- Always mix using a fork, not a spoon, to ensure proper consistency.
- Feed the formula at 38–41°C to avoid crop burns and indigestion.
Neonate / Transition Feeding:
- Start with a runny mixture.
- Add 2 small level scoops of Neocare to a mixing cup, followed by 1 large scoop and 1 small scoop of boiling water.
- Mix thoroughly with a fork for about 30 seconds until smooth and lump-free.
- Over the next 48 hours, gradually thicken the mixture until the regular feeding consistency is reached.
Regular Feeding:
- Add 1 large level scoop of Neocare to a mixing cup.
- Add 1 large scoop of boiling water and mix thoroughly with a fork for about 30 seconds to form a thick paste.
- Add 3 small scoops of cool water and mix for 2 minutes until smooth and evenly blended.
- Ensure the formula is lump-free and at the correct temperature before feeding.
Feeding Frequency:
- First feed should be around 5–6 am and the last feed between 10–11 pm.
- Once every 24 hours, usually at the start of the day, allow the crop to empty completely.
- Feeding frequency and quantity vary depending on species and age, so research specific requirements carefully.
- Weigh birds daily before feeding and record their weight to monitor growth.
