Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Cancelling an Order
Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Bravecto Spot-On is an advanced flea and tick treatment for dogs. It treats flea and tick infestations effectively in dogs and controls future infestations for 6 months. This means it has got your dog covered in just two applications a year! Bravecto also treats and controls ear mites, demodex mites and sarcoptic mange and helps in the prevention of flea tapeworms.
The topical solution starts killing fleas within 8 hours and provides continuous protection against fleas and flea infestations for 6 months. It has a systemic acaricide effect against ticks and provides persistent killing activity against paralysis ticks for 6 months and brown dog ticks for 12 weeks. topical can be used as a part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis. It features an easy twist’n’use tube for easy and quick application.
Bravecto Spot-On treatment is safe to use on puppies over 8 weeks of age and at least 2 kg. It is suitable to use for breeding, pregnant and lactating dogs. Bravecto Spot-on for Dogs is available in single-dose packs across five weight bands ranging from 2 to 56 kg. Choose an appropriate pack size according to your dog’s weight, and keep them parasite-free with this effective topical flea & tick treatment.
How does it work?
Bravecto Spot-On for Dogs contains fluralaner as its active ingredient. The ingredient has a high potency against fleas and ticks. It is highly active on target parasites. Fluralaner is powerful in inhibiting parts of the parasite’s nervous system by acting belligerently on ligand-gated chloride channels (GABA receptor and glutamate receptor). When you treat your dog with Bravecto Spot-On, fluralaner is absorbed into the bloodstream and quickly reaches the tissue fluids under their skin. When fleas and ticks feed, they take in fluralaner and die. Bravecto kills newly emerged fleas before they lay eggs. It breaks the flea life cycle and controls further infestation. The spot-on is easy to apply and offers a wide range of safety.

Hold the tube straight up and give the cap a twist to break the seal.
Ensure the dog’s back is horizontal.
The dog should be in a standing position.
Part the fur between the shoulder blades of the dog to make the skin visible.
Place the tip of the pipette vertically against the visible skin spot.
Squeeze the pipette gently and apply the entire contents directly to the dog’s skin in one or several spots.
For protection against paralysis ticks, use in conjunction with daily searching for, and removal of, any ticks as found, as the risk cannot be entirely eliminated.
Repeat treatment at an interval of 6 months.
For small-sized dogs, apply in two spots along the back.
For medium-sized dogs, apply in three spots along the back.
For very large dogs, apply in four spots along the back.
For dogs above 56 kg body weight, use a combination of two pipettes that most closely matches the body weight.
Remember to keep the dog dry for 72 hours post application.
