Revolution For Dogs
Revolution is a monthly, vet-grade spot-on parasite treatment from Zoetis that provides broad-spectrum protection for dogs and puppies. This APVMA-approved treatment effectively eliminates fleas, helps prevent flea infestations, and controls flea allergy dermatitis. The easy-to-administer monthly solution helps treat and control ear mites, biting lice, sucking lice, and sarcoptic mange.
Moreover, it also aids in the prevention of heartworm disease. The low-volume, quick-drying formula is waterproof after 2 hours and is suitable for puppies from 6 weeks of age. Revolution is also approved for use in pregnant, lactating and breeding dogs.
How does it work?
Revolution is a once-monthly topical treatment that is applied directly to the skin at the back of your dog's neck. The active ingredient, selamectin, is absorbed into the bloodstream and distributed throughout the body to provide month-long protection against a range of internal and external parasites. It kills fleas at every stage of their life cycle, helps prevent heartworm disease by eliminating immature heartworms, and treats & controls ear mites, biting lice and sarcoptic mange. For continuous protection, apply Revolution every month, year-round.
- Weigh your dog beforehand to ascertain the right dosage.
- Hold the tube upright, press the cap down to break the seal and remove the cap.
- Part the hair at the base of your dog’s neck until the skin is visible.
- Place the tip of the tube on the visible spot of the skin.
- Squeeze the tube until it's empty onto just one spot.
- Do not touch the application site or bathe your dog for two hours after administration.
