There's been significant improvements to the site since I visited last. The lag experienced previously seems to have resolved & the interface is really user-friendly.

These people were just so accommodating and helpful when I purchased & when I was concerned the product would not arrive in time they did everything to ensure it arrived quickly as I had run out & my pet requires a daily dose. Excellent service. Calm manner under pressure. No hestitation to use again.
