Goods Returned to Sender

In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.

We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:

The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Made with 100% whole fresh milk, it is a perfect milk replacement formula when the mother does not produce enough milk or as the sole feed with orphaned kittens. Packed with probiotics and Omega-3 DHA, it is beneficial in maintaining a healthy gut, promoting joint and brain health and enhancing coat quality. Also, it contains less lactose which helps improve digestion and taurine which aids in maintaining good vision and promoting a healthy heart.

Tu Meke’s Kitten Milk Replacer Powder is sourced from organic certified ingredients and is available in single sachets, facilitating easy usage. It can be safely given to kittens right from birth.

Weigh kittens at 3-day intervals to ensure adequate growth and adjust feeding amount as per the requirement.
Add the contents of 1 sachet of the powder per 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of clean warm water and shake or stir gently.
Refrigerate the reconstituted formula for up to 24 hours.
Warm reconstituted formula to body temperature (do not use microwave) and shake or stir gently.
Feed 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of liquid formula per 4 ounces (115 g) of body weight daily.
Divide the daily amount into 3 to 4 feedings and feed every 3 to 4 hours.
Actual intakes of milk may vary depending on individual kitten needs, level of activity and breed.
After approximately 5 weeks the kitten will increasingly eat more solid food and you can gradually decrease the amount of kitten milk formula.
Consult the veterinarian if kitten is still not thriving.
