A few products under the categories including 'Accessories', 'Coats & Clothing' and 'Bed' are shipped separately by our shipping partners.
Standard shipping charges based on the product weight and shipping location shall be applicable to these products.

Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.
Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancelling an Order
Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Flyaway Spray for Horses
Flyaway is an efficient and effective insecticidal spray designed for the safety of horses from insects. It is
used for the treatment of nuisance insects like bush flies, house flies, stable flies, midges, and sand flies. The
fly spray also helps in the prevention of Queensland itch in horses.
It is a concentrated formula that provides the horses with complete fly protection by eliminating and repelling
flies. Its sustained effect offers a long-lasting action against flies, making it more economical to use with
fewer applications.
The lavender smell of this effective spray ensures pleasant application and makes it more attractive to use than
many other insecticidal products. Additionally, lavender oil also has insecticidal and repellent properties.
Flyaway Fly Spray can also be applied to the horse's surroundings, bedding and gear for insect control. It is the
perfect first aid and fly control spray to use as a part of an integrated insect control programme if flies and
other insects are a concern for your horses.
How it works?
Flyaway Horse Fly Repellent Spray contains highly effective insecticidal compounds like permethrin, piperonyl
butoxide, and N-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide. The combined action of these ingredients offers prolonged
insecticidal activity to kill flies and other insects.
Permethrin, DEET, N-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide and piperonyl butoxide combined together display a
synergistic action. This means that they have improved activity when used together compared to a single ingredient
used alone or in other combinations. This results in an improved and extended action in killing and deterring
flies.
Moreover, this insecticidal spray also repels flies and other nuisance insects, which means it can deter insects
from landing on or around animals.
Application to animal:
- Lightly spray the animal, from head to rear.
- In case of severe infestation, apply FLYAWAY twice daily.
- The applicator nozzle should be positioned about 10-12cm from the skin surface.
- Liberal application should be applied onto areas such as ears, manes and tails.
Application to surroundings:
- FLYAWAY should also be applied to stable areas, rugs, etc. to control insects in the horse’s
surroundings as part of an integrated insect control program.
- Thoroughly spray all areas where flies land around where horses live and work.
- Spray on horse gear and bedding for additional protection.
- When spraying on gear, be careful to check safety on delicate materials.
