A few products under the categories including 'Accessories', 'Coats & Clothing' and 'Bed' are shipped separately by our shipping partners.
Standard shipping charges based on the product weight and shipping location shall be applicable to these products.

Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.
Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Milpro Broad Spectrum Wormer for Dogs
Milpro All Wormer for Dogs offers effective parasitic worm control in dogs. The film-coated tablet treats and controls all major intestinal worms found in dogs. It eliminates hookworms, roundworms, whipworms and tapeworms, including hydatids. When it is used regularly every month, it is also effective in the prevention of heartworms in dogs. With the proven and trusted ingredients, it helps protect dogs against dangerous worm diseases.
Milpro Worming Tablets feature an innovative film coating and ovoid shape to make dosing easier for pet parents and pets, increasing compliance and treatment success. The coating is highly palatable with real liver flavour. Moreover, the scored tablets ensure accurate dosing. Milpro Wormer can be easily hidden in food or given by hand. It is suitable for dogs and puppies from 2 weeks of age and weighing at least 0.5 kg.
How does it work?
Milpro Allwormer Tablets for Dogs contains two active ingredients: praziquantel and milbemycin oxime. Praziquantel acts on tapeworms and destroys them. The other ingredient, milbemycin oxime, is effective against intestinal worms like hookworms, whipworms and roundworms. It also works against immature heartworms and can help in preventing heartworm infection when used monthly. With scores on the tablets, Milpro is easy to dose and ensures accurate dosing.
- For accurate dosing, weigh the dog properly.
- Should be given orally, with or without food.
- Half tablets may be kept for use in the original blister for up to six months after the first half was used.
- Ensure that the entire dose is consumed.
- If the entire dose is not consumed, redose again.
- Adult dogs should be treated every 3 months unless lifestyle factors indicate a tailored treatment protocol.
- Pregnant bitches should be treated at mating, then 10 days before whelping, then every three months.
- For whipworm, treat every six to eight weeks after three months of age.
- In hydatid tapeworm areas, dogs should be dosed every six weeks or on veterinary advice.
- For heartworm prevention, MILPRO must be administered orally every month, preferably on the same date each month. If you miss the 30-day interval by no more than 7 days, administer MILPRO immediately and resume your monthly dosing schedule. If the interval is longer than 7 days, consult your veterinarian before recommencing MILPRO dosing schedule.

Contraindications
