Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Cancelling an Order

Revolution is a monthly, vet-grade spot-on parasite treatment from Zoetis that provides broad-spectrum protection for cats and kittens. This APVMA-approved treatment helps control flea infestations and flea allergy dermatitis while killing fleas at every stage of their life cycle. The easy-to-apply monthly solution also treats and controls ear mites and biting lice and treats and controls common intestinal worms, including roundworms and hookworms.
Additionally, Revolution helps prevent heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis. The low-volume, quick-drying formula is waterproof after 2 hours and is suitable for kittens from 6 weeks of age. Moreover, Revolution is approved for use in pregnant, lactating and breeding dogs.
How does it work?
Revolution is a once-monthly topical treatment that is applied directly to the skin at the back of your cat's neck. The active ingredient, selamectin, is absorbed into the bloodstream and distributed throughout the body to provide month-long protection against a range of internal and external parasites. It kills fleas at every stage of their life cycle, helps prevent heartworm disease by eliminating immature heartworms, and treats and controls ear mites, biting lice, roundworms and hookworms. Weigh your cat beforehand to ascertain the right dosage.
Part the fur at the back of your cat's neck until the skin is visible.
Break open the pipette seal, and place the tip of the pipette directly against the exposed skin.
Squeeze until the entire contents have been applied. No rubbing is required.
Allow the application site to dry for approximately 2 hours. Revolution is waterproof once fully absorbed.
Take care that your cat does not lick the applied area until it is dry.
Apply once a month, year-round, for continuous parasite protection.
If a monthly dose is missed, apply it as soon as you remember and continue with your regular monthly treatment schedule.

Keep the product in its original packaging until use and dispose of used pipettes immediately after application.
Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight, and keep out of reach of children and animals.
Mild, temporary application site reactions such as hair loss or itching may occasionally occur. Accidental oral ingestion may cause brief salivation or vomiting. If you notice any unusual symptoms after treatment, contact your veterinarian.
Warning
Apply Revolution once a month, year-round, for continuous protection against parasites, including heartworm disease.
Apply only to the skin at the back of the neck as directed and allow the application site to dry for approximately 2 hours before bathing or allowing the treated area to get wet.
Please seek advice from your veterinarian regarding heartworm testing prior to using this product.
If a monthly dose is missed, apply it as soon as you remember and continue with the regular monthly schedule.
